During Google Day in MMU Cyberjaya, I went to attend a magnificent talk about HTML5 by Patrick Chanezon. HTML5 gives the browser 3D, camera access, and image processing capabilities. All of it without any proprietary platform. HTML5 is also supported in most smartphones....
All we need to wait for is the webcam access capabilities of HTML5 to be ready and we can start to create our own AR applications using HTML5. We need a new AR toolset HTML5.
