Aurasma Harrod's - 「ハロッズ」のアプリでもAR Aurasma が利用されている

世界的にも有名なハロッズのロンドンのアプリでもAR機能が含まれている。専用アプリHarrod'sは店舗で利用するアプリだが、画像認識タイプのAR-HP社AurasmaのSDKが組み込まれている。アプリ下部のメニュー "Augmented" をタップするとARが出来るカメラ画面が表示される。その状態で商品パッケージなどにかざすと商品の効果的な説明動画やプロモーション動画などが表示される。

  

Internationally-renowned London department store, Harrod's, has embedded Aurasma in its official mobile app. By downloading the Harrod's app and selecting the augmented reality feature, shoppers scanning limited edition Christmas items (found in the store's world famous food court) will unlock special videos highlighting Harrod's rich historical narrative.
