Here at Engine Creative we have been immersing ourselves in all things celebrity gossip as we partner up with heat magazine’s editorial team to create the brand’s first Augmented Reality (AR) issue. The special issue has been created to support the launch of new showbiz and music channel ‘heat TV’ both of which are released on July 3rd 2012.
Not only have we created exclusive ‘augmented’ content for readers to access via their smartphone or tablet devices, but we’ve also developed a stand alone App, ‘heat extra’, that readers can download for free. The App acts as the gateway to all of the exclusive content as they flick through the magazine, providing a truly interactive and engaging reading experience.
