Hundreds of San Franciscans and guests gathered at the Fairmont on May 31st to see a different kind of reality -- the Augmented Reality. The show of augmented reality startups span from satelite visions of the sky, to ability to see veins inside your body. Augmented reality is not a different reality, rather it is the reality you and I know, only with a better interface, so to say. The battle between the startups was over the best augmentation of our reality, plus a business model.
The winner of Life 3.o became Real5D. In the second place, Southern Stars wowed Life 3.o attendees with SkySafari. The third place was a tie between Evena Medical and
3DBin.
