Content: Cherrypicks was interviewed by the Indonesian television station network, sharing that Augmented Reality (AR) and location-based applications would be a trend in advertising in 2012.
iButterfly broke through the traditional way of advertising by offering entertainment to users and benefits to merchants at the same time. It could be played everywhere via detecting the location-based butterflies by GPS. Users caught the virtual butterflies through their iOS, Android or Blackberry smart phones and redeemed prizes, as well as shared their collections with friends on Facebook and BlackBerry Messenger.
