(via YouTube)The VerizonAR Explorer allows visitors to the Verizon Experience Center for 4G LTE technologies (VEC) to preview and explore the technology and product demonstrations in various installations and galleries throughout the VEC. The VerizonAR Explorer utilizes Augmented Reality (AR) technology to allow users to see interactive information and media elements virtually superimposed upon live video of the VEC Piazza. The VerizonAR Explorer consists of an HD flat panel touch screen, a rear-facing HD camera and a horizontally rotating stand which allows users to explore the environment by rotating the panel and camera to view different areas of the VEC Piazza.
