SAP to release AR apps on Android Wear for smart glasses in the workplace - SAPがスマートグラスを採用した業務支援システムをいよいよリリース
SAPは、大型の倉庫でのAR活用をかなり前から検証してきた。いよいよ、そのシステムの販売が開始されるようだ。ヘッドマウントディスプレイの装置は、検証段階ではVuzix製などを用いていたが、Googla Glass やその他のメーカーの製品も視野に入れているようだ。ARの画像認識技術や音声による操作・検索、サーバへのデータ問い合わせや情報更新により、正確で効率の良い業務が行える。
