Promethean: Our Augmented Future - 日常にヘッドマウントディスプレイが入り込む未来

日常の中で人々が自然な方法でヘッドマウントディスプレイを利用する未来は訪れるのだろうか？もしそうだとしたら、この動画のような日常になるのだろう。

The inspiration for this video was born from a seed planted over a year ago. In February of 2013, two of the filmmakers, Dayyán Sisson & Brian Cesson, went to the annual NAE conference in UC Irvine. There, we attended a talk by a leading engineer in augmented reality research. His ideas, work, and technological contribution inspired us on a wild path that ranged from self operated pathfinding robots, to remotely controlled DSLR carrying quadcopters. Somewhere along the way, we ended up diving into the world of film, and completed our journey as it came full circle with this submission to the E4U film festival.
