MR MOUT is also known as Mixed Reality in Military Operations in Urban Terrain. It uses a technology known as augmented or mixed reality to combine real world graphics with virtual graphics. Also added in is tracking systems, audio, show action control effects, and much more to create a full multi-modal experience for the user. This video shows some of the research that we did at the University of Central Florida's Media Convergence Lab. This video is from content developed between 2001 and 2005.
