このスライドは、拡張現実につてまとめられたものではないのだが、体験を提供する新しい技術として紹介されていた。 ホテルが密集する地域では集客ができないことが致命傷になる。その結果直ぐにでも経営が難しくなってくるであろう。顧客がホテルを選定する段階から、実際にホテルのロビー、部屋にいたるまで優れた体験を提供することが必要となる。そんな事を考させられるスライドとなってる。
