The exhibition opened up on Tuesday at SIGGRAPH. There were a number of software, hardware and service companies at the exhibition. There were a handful of vendors showing off some new motion capture technology including Autodesk (Motion Builder / Maya / 3D Studio Max), Xsens, and Lightwave.
The first part of the video shows off additive rapid prototyping technology. The machine does 3D printing with molten plastic in a similar fashion to a desktop printer.
