Flexible dna augmented reality experiment in MGLTools - PMV
PyARTKというツールキットで実現しいてるAR。PRやイベントで目立っているARだが研究や教育でも効力がある。この動画の面白い点、は２つのキューブ型のARマーカー距離でオブジェクトの挙動を変化させている点だ。
MGLTools PMV ( http://mgltools.scripps.edu/ ) associated with ARToolKit ( http://mgldev.scripps.edu/projects/pyartk/ ) permit to explore protein 3d structure in augmented reality context. This exemple depict how the DNA superhelix can be explored using two cube of marker. One define the DNA overall position and the other defined the helix parameter (rise,angle,etc..)
